- Are you looking for a fulfilling way to help others? 
- Do you have a couple of hours to give on 1 Saturday per month?

Come join other STAY volunteers as we help prepare and deliver
meals to homebound residents in Northwest DC in conjunction with
IONA Senior Services - one of Washington's premier organizations
providing help and services for the elderly.

WHEN:  Every 4th (and 5th) Saturday of the month at 9:45AM
WHERE:  We'll gather on the front plaza of St. Thomas Apostle Church
HOW LONG:  About 2 hours
NEED TO BRING:  A smile^*
